Track your order

Every order ships tracked, and every tracking number reaches you by email.

How it works

1. We process and ship your order within 48 hours. As soon as it leaves, we email you the tracking number. Check your junk or promotions folder if it hasn't turned up.
2. Copy the tracking number from that email.
3. Paste it into the tracking page. It follows the parcel end to end, including the Australia Post leg, and updates as it moves.

Something not right?

If it's been more than 48 hours and there's no tracking email, or the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, send us a message with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
