30-day promise

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. You can keep the product. There’s nothing to send back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or it isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo and we’ll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. There’s nothing to send back.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, email us before your order ships and we’ll refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the 30-day promise covers you.

How to get a refund

Email support@marlolane.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
