These terms apply when you use marlolane.com or buy from us. “We” and “us” mean Marlo Lane. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

After you order, we’ll email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there’s an error in the price or listing, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices can change, but a change won’t affect an order you’ve already placed. Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Using our products safely

Always supervise your child when they’re using any of our products. Check each product before use, follow its care instructions, and stop using it if it’s damaged or worn.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
